Indet. plants with regular leaf, medium to large pink beefsteaks, 7-12 oz, with very good flavor. (15 seeds / packet)

Seeds from Seed Savers Exchange are mixed or crossed, as about 40% of seedlings came up with potato leaf. We saved seeds only from regular leaf plants, but it is still possible that an occasional potato leaf seedling may come up.

• First offered in the Seed Savers 1991 Yearbook by Craig LeHoullier of West Chester, Pennsylvania (PA LE C), who obtained seeds from Charlotte Mullens of West Virginia.
• Craig LeHoullier listed it as a large red heart.
• A pink beefsteak appeared in the late 2000s, the seed source for this variant is traced back to SSE.
