  • A family heirloom of Pearl Deardorf of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
  • First offered in the Seed Savers 1997 Yearbook by Darrell Merrell of Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK ME D), who got seeds from Audrey Carter of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Audrey Carter grew this tomato for 10 years, and her original seed came from her aunt Pearl Deardorf of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, who has grown it for many years.
  • Introduced commercially by Tatiana's TOMATObase Seeds in 2016.
