Elongated tongue-shaped leaves form a loose rosette. Green with brown splashes. It is a unique lettuce as it bolts very quickly, without getting bitter, so you can continue harvesting leaves until a flower stalk forms. Very nice flavor and soft texture. Black/brown seed.
