History

• Kentucky family heirloom.
• Seed originated from Claude Brown of Pike County, Kentucky more than twenty years ago, in the 1980s. Claude Brown had worked on improving this variety for many years.
• This tomato is known under the name of Brown's Yellow Giant, but in 2010 it was also offered in the SSE Yearbook as Claude Brown's Yellow Giant by Terry Lynne Tassone of Wadsworth, Ohio (OH TA T), who received seeds from SMAC.
