- Source
- Transplant from Yambol Market (Bulgaria)
Year: 2008
Location: S.E. Bulgaria
Bulgarian name: Червен Едър
- The name means 'Large Red' in Bulgarian.
History
- A commonly available Bulgarian variety sold by many people as transplants in S.E. Bulgaria. Although the packeted seed was not seen, Frederick Denny assumes it is saved by the local growers. [Common/popular here is subjectively decided by Frederick based on the number of sellers of the varieties.]
