Indet., regular leaf plant with red beefsteak fruit with very ruffled shoulders, very beautiful on the plate. 4-12 oz. Seed locules are small and located around the perimeter of the fruit, with the middle being a solid meaty flesh. Good keeper. Very good balanced flavor. It also makes a great sauce.
