- German origin. (?)
- First offered in the Seed Savers 2002 Yearbook by Bill Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin (WI MI B), who obtained the seed from Reinhard Kraft, Neukirchen, Germany .
- Listed my SSE members both as regular and potato leaf. Regular leaf version originated from Reinhard Kraft, Neukirchen, Germany , and goes back to at least the early 2000s. Potato leaf strain seems to have originated from Salt Spring Seeds in 2007.
