History

• Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T) received wrong seed for Big Ben from Robert Hoser of Wolfratshausen, Germany in 2011. It was likely a seed mixup happened before Robert got his seeds, however, he did not pay a close attention to skin color and donated seeds to the IPK, labeling them 'Big Ben'. So it is very possible that the seed will find its way into gardeners hands, if it has not happened already.
• Tatiana's note: To avoid a possible confusion with the real Big Ben tomato, I am calling this one Big Ben Red.
