- 75 days, dwarf - The rugose, potato leaf dwarf plants of 'Dwarf Beastly Yellow Heart' are quite large, growing over four to five feet in height. Its medium sized (3 to 7 ounce) fruit are heart-shaped, yellow in color with some developing blossom-end blushing. Its flavor is surprising, mildly tart and quite good.

History
Vince Lavallo crossed 'Green Giant' with 'Dwarf Golden Heart' to create the "Beastly" hybrid. Primary selection work was done by Vince, with Mickey Pasko-Powell, Craig LeHoullier and Bill Minkey assisting. 'Dwarf Beastly Yellow Heart' was named by Craig.
