History
- The original seeds came from a 1+ lb yellow beefsteak bought by Jim Raney of Martinsburg, West Virginia at an Amish market in Pennsylvania. The original name is unknown, and it could be either an Amish heirloom or a potato leaf yellow variety known under a different name.
- First offered in the Seed Savers 2011 Yearbook by Nathalie Antaya of Saint-Robert, Quebec, Canada (QUE AN N).
