History
- First offered in the Seed Savers 2005 Yearbook by Mark Richardson of Loveland, Ohio (OH RI M2), who obtained a seedling from mdt. in Loveland, Ohio.
- According to Mark Richardson, this variety originated from World War II veteran who obtained the seeds from Mannheim region of Germany while stationed there during World War II, his family (name unknown) has grown this variety since then.
