History

  • Originally from Lars Olov Rostenstrom of Bromma, Sweden (SWED RO L), who introduced it to SSE in 1990 in the 'TOMATO / OTHER COLOR' section without providing any description, not even fruit color.
  • Craig LeHoullier was the first to request Madara from Lars in 1990 (via the SSE yearbook) and found that an occasional potato leaf seedling, with identical yellow cherry tomatoes, is obtained.
