  • A rare criollo heirloom, from a tiny Nahuat village in the highlands of Puebla, Mexico. Typical criollo type, which means it is ribbed and ruffled.
  • First offered in the Seed Savers 1990 Yearbook by George McLaughlin Jr. of Tlatlauqui, Puebla, Mexico (MEXI MC G).
