- First introduced in Seed Savers 2008 Yearbook by Bill Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin (WI MI B), and Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinoiss (IL LO N). Both Bill and Neil obtained the seed from Norwood Meiners, Manderville, LA in 2006.
Same as
- Izumrudnoe Yabloko (original Russian name)
Original Russian name: Изумрудное Яблоко (='Izumrudnoe Yabloko'), which means "Emerald Apple" in Russian.
