History

  • A family heirloom from Mike Stefancsik of Lethbridge, Alberta, originally from Hungary. Mike Stefancsik recieved the seed from a family member in the late 70s and named this tomato after his wife, Elizabeth. He recently asked Jeffrey Casey of Airdrie, Alberta to help to make this tomato more available. Jeff grew it out in 2008 and offered this variety in the Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie Seed Catalog.
