55 DTM. F2-F3 by Tom Wagner, Dwarf segregated by me to stability, around F4-F5. It tastes sour and sharp like most antho types. Pretty decent productivity, disease resistance, small plant size, and earliness make it worthwhile for me, although the flavor could use improvement.

History

  • The original cross (Shadow Boxing) was made by Tom Wagner of New World Seeds & Tubers . F2 or F3 seeds were released, and there are likely many different segregation lines are out there, as gardeners save and trade seeds.
  • This particular line was grown and stabilized by Phil Seneca of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2011-2013, from F2 or F3 seeds received from New World Seeds & Tubers .
