Mr. Bill Hoffman as if he could take of couple of the tomatoes with him for his friend. Bill brought the tomatoes back to Martinsburg and gave them to my friend Spud Raney. Spud ate one to taste it and saved seeds from the other. Spud then called me and said I've got a good one, you might want to come get seeds. I traded with people and listed it in the SSE and Spud sells through the WV Market Bulletin. Between us we got the tomato into circulation."
