indet.
* Created by Tad Smith, USA, a selection from a cross between [[Ozark Pink]] and [[Purple Price]] (black-purple potato leaf). His goal was getting a tomato with the dark colored interior, potato leaf growth habit, but without the dark shoulders of Purple Price (since Ozark Pink does not have green shoulders, he considered it as a good breeding choice).
* One of the 100 varieties noted in [http://www.amazon.com/Smith-Hawken-Heirloom-Tomatoes-American/dp/0761114009/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1195655982&sr=1-1 Carolyn J. Male's book "100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Garden"]
