This was probably the best-tasting (in my opinion) and most acidic tomato I grew in 2016 with compact, too-heavily watered soil (I grew about 100 varieties). Nevertheless, it wasn't in the best soil, and it wasn't early or productive. The fruit was red, round, and fairly small. In subsequent years (from new seeds I saved each year), grown with drought, and then drought with black plastic, the plant was a little more productive, and lacked the zingy acidity that I loved (although it wasn't mild). It was midseason each year (not late midseason). I've read that this used to be a wide-spread variety across Texas.
