Donated to the USDA in 1965 by Ohio Agricultural Experiment Station. Collected from Gleckler Seed Co., Metamora, Ohio. * The description from 1958 Gleckler Seed Catalog says: : ''"(62 days) Dwarf bush, globe, withstands sandstorms."'' * First offered in the Seed Savers 1993 Yearbook by Alan C. Tripp of Salt Lake City, Utah (UT TR A), who obtained the seeds from USDA via Will Bonsall, Scatterseed Project, Farmington, Maine (ME BO W). seed Project, Farmington, Maine (ME BO W).
