History

  • Discovered in 2009 by Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T) in a patch of Yellow Beefsteak tomatoes grown from the seeds sent to Tatiana by a SSE member, Norbert Pikovsky of Pennsylvania in 2008. This one plant produced huge pink beefsteaks with very good flavor and excellent meaty texture.
  • It is likely a cross that appeared in either Norbert Pikovsky's garden, or in Neil Lockhart's garden who was Norbert's seed source.
