Indet., potato leaves. Good yields of large to very large bi-colored beefsteaks. Outstanding sweet flavor and very nice texture.

Seed source:

Theodore Corbett of Reichenbach-Steegen, Germany (GERM CO T) 10 / KCMO_Don, KS 08

Year grown: 2019

Location: Zone 7b, PNW, Anmore, BC, Canada (760 ft above sea level)

History

  • Don's (KCMO_Don at Tomatoville) daughter pulled a bicolor fruit off of an unknown plant in 2008 in his garden in Kansas. Don did not get a pic of the original fruit and did not know which plant it came from, but he thought it might have been Marianna's Peace because of potato leaf foliage that this cultivar has. Don did not have any bicolors growing in his 2008 garden, therefore it may be a mutation of Marianna's Peace or any other potato leaf variety that he grew in 2008.
