Small red flattened fruit with lobes. Weight average 2.2 oz (63 g). Weight range 1.25 to 3.4 oz (36 to 98 g). Productive, somewhat aggressive vines. Flesh is slightly dry, with air pockets around seeds. Flavor is excellent, tart and strong, with an IN-YOUR-FACE tomato taste that makes this a great cooking tomato. Makes a great quick sauce and does pair beautifully with chevre.
